Our Facilities

St Matthews is a dual campus K-12 school. Our Kindergarten to Year 6 students are based in the centre of Mudgee on Lewis St and our Year 7-12 students attend our new secondary campus on Bruce Road.

Our Primary Campus is blessed with a convenient central location, beautiful classrooms and plenty of outdoor and covered play areas. There is also a large multipurpose hall, a well-equipped music space, and a vegetable garden. Since the Secondary Campus relocated recently, we have begun a process of engaging with architects to develop a new Master Plan to enhance our Primary site to ensure it meets future needs.

Our Secondary Campus, which was opened in 2023, boasts state of the art contemporary learning facilities set in the most stunning rural location. Our engaging, flexible learning spaces are designed to provide a positive environment that meets the needs of students at all points on their learning journey. The campus has beautiful modern spaces where students can develop their love of learning. There are centres for learning Science, Technology, Hospitality, Performing and Creative Arts and Physical Education. Students also have the opportunity to access a thriving Agriculture facility, a large oval and a beautifully resourced Learning Centre. Our Wellness Centre provides a central hub where students can access a range of Wellbeing services and our stunning Chapel provides a quiet space for prayer and reflection.
